The houses have various 'kids' equipment that is made available free of charge. For example, there is a baby bed, a diaper-change mattress, a baby bath and a safety fence at the top of the stairs. These villas have a terrace of 20 m2. In these 100 m2 houses you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets
